You have a minimum of 5 years experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.

  • Management and team leadership
  • Production

Votre qualification

You are a holder or have a level of :

  • CAP “cuisine
  • Professional ” cook ” certificate.

Your missions

As part of the restaurant team, your main missions will be to :

  • Organise and manage the entire culinary production process by supervising a team whose number and composition may vary according to the establishment.
  • Develop new dishes and methods of working with products.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty and development through his/her performance
  • Respect and ensure respect of hygiene and food safety standards, the quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).

Your job

Seasonal fixed-term contract

  • Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
  • Net monthly salary: 2500 euros net monthly
  • Working hours: 42H55
  • Food and lodging
