You have a minimum of 5 years experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
In order to carry out your various tasks, you have the following skills:
- Production management
- Management and team leadership
You are a holder or have a level of :
- CAP “cuisine
- Professional ” cook ” certificate.
As part of the restaurant team, your main missions will be to :
- Organise and manage the entire culinary production process by supervising a team whose number and composition may vary according to the establishment.
- Develop new dishes and methods of working with products.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and development through his/her performance
- Respect and ensure respect of hygiene and food safety standards, the quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 2500 euros net monthly
- Working hours: 42H55
- Food and lodging
