- CAP « cuisine »
- BAC professionnel en hôtellerie-restauration
As part of the restaurant team, you will mainly be responsible for :
- Preparing the dishes, focusing on caring for the service from a gustatory and economic point of view.
- Contributing to the evolution of the dishes in the “snack” section.
- Applying the rules of hygiene and food safety.
- Carrying out the set-up and recipes based on the technical sheets.
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 1900-2000 euros net monthly depending on profile
- Working hours: 42H55
