Your experience
3 years experience in a similar position is required.

Knowledge:
- Good mastery of the English language
- Knowledge of current health and safety standards
Ability to be :
- Organised, rigorous, dynamic and committed person with an impeccable presentation.
Ability in terms of:
- Mastery of the computer tool and its classic software
- Mastery of the switchboard
- Team management
Your qualification
You have a degree or equivalent:
- BTS in Tourism / BTS in Hotel Management / BTS in Tourism Management
Your responsibilities
Within the Reception team, you will mainly:
- Manage and organise the reception service
- Ensure the training and planning of the team
- Control reservations and invoicing of clients
- Control the management of arrivals and departures, ensure that all formalities are respected
- Ensure the quality of the team ‘s work and respect of the Base Camp Lodge service
- Manage the reception of guests and provide information concerning life in the hotel and resort
- Ensure good communication between the reception and other departments
- Plan, manage and optimise the department’s operating budget
Your position
Permanent position, possibility to start with a fixed-term contract
- To be filled as soon as possible
- Net monthly salary: 1800-1900 euros net per month depending on profile
- Working hours: 39 hours
- Work period varying in the morning / day and evening
- Possibility of accommodation
