One year experience in a similar position is required.

Knowledge:
- Good mastery of the English language
- Knowledge of current health and safety standards
Ability to be :
- Organised, rigorous, dynamic and committed person with an impeccable presentation.
Ability in terms of:
- Mastery of the computer tool and its classic software
- Mastery of the switchboard
Your qualification
You have a degree or equivalent:
- BTS in Tourism / BTS in Hotel Management / BTS in Tourism Animation and Management
Your responsibilities
Within the Reception team, you will mainly be responsible for :
- Managing and organising the reception service
- Checking reservations and invoicing of customers
- Controlling management of arrivals and departures by ensuring that all formalities are respected
- Respecting the quality of the Base Camp Lodge service
- Managing the reception of guests and providing information on life at the hotel and resort
- Ensuring good communication between the reception and other departments
Your position
Permanent position, with the possibility to start on a fixed-term contract
- To be filled as soon as possible
- Net monthly salary: 1600 – 1700 euros net per month depending on profile
- Working hours: 35 hours
- Working hours: mornings / days and evenings
- Possibility of accommodation
