Your experience
You have a minimum of 3 years experience, including at least 1 year in a similar position.

Your qualification
You have a degree or equivalent in :
- CAP « cuisine »
- CQP « cuisine »
Your responsibilities
As part of the restaurant team, you will mainly be responsible for:
- Ensuring all chain of operations for making pizzas (100/120 per service) from supply to distribution.
- Producing and cooking pizzas in an electric oven.
Designing new products. - Preparing the various cooked sweet and savoury toppings
- Applying hygiene and safety rules
- Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to the culinary production plan
- Respecting the rules of hygiene and food safety and the Restoleil quality charter
Your position
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 2000-2200 euros net per month depending on profile
- Working hours: 42H55
- Food and lodging
