Your experience
You have a minimum of 3 years experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.

In order to carry out your various tasks, you have the following skills:
- Interpersonal skills
- Rigour
- Organisation
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules
Your qualification
You have a degree or equivalent in :
- BTS or DUT “management assistant »
- BTS in hotel and restaurant management
Your responsibilities
Within the restaurant team, you will mainly be responsible for :
- Controlling goods costs, following up on administrative tasks.
- Respect and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, the establishment’s quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).
- Controlling and coordinating the activities of the team.
- Assist the manager.
Your position
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 2100 – 2300 euros net per month depending on profile
- Working hours: 42H55
- Food and lodging
